I think Scott stayed on the ropes too much in his fight with Chisora.

Just watched the fight. This is how I see it.

Round 1: Very even. But Chisora did look more hungry from the start.

Round 2: Scott looked very hesitant but did outbox Chisora. Chisora did keep following his tactic of wearing Scott down.

Round 3: Convincing round for Scott. Chisora sticks to his tactic of wearing scott down.

Round 4: Chisora starts to warm up and is all over Scott. Chisora wins the round.

Round 5: Close round. But Chisora looked hungrier.

Round 6: Obviously Chisora. Legit knockdown. But the stoppage was nonsense. Scott got up at 9. The way he got up clearly stated he was good to continue. You can read it from his body language.

Still in between rounds Chisora looked very hungry and he was in there on a mission. In Chisora's corner everybody looked calm and confident throughout the fight. Scott looked like he did not really want to be there.

    Round 1: Draw

    Round 2: 10-9 Scott

    Round 3 : 10-9 Scott

    Round 4: 10-9 Chisora

    Round 5: Draw

    Round 6: 10-8 Chisora

So on my card Chisora was winning the fight when it got stopped. I would have to watch round 1 and 5 again but then still if Scott won round 1 and 5 he was still only 1 point ahead with 6 more rounds to go and he was tiring and just got knocked down. Chisora would have won the fight if they went 12.

yeah because he couldnt handle the pressure from chisora all night!
He tried to back chisora up with good sharp counters and then tieing chisora up when they were inclose fighting. didnt work with chisora

Agree with most of that but the thing is it was only a 10 rounder not 12. Chisora was still getting warmed up and behind on the scorecards even with the knockdown. Scott only needed to box behind his jab and run for 4 more rounds and he could of got a result. I think he bottled it and was looking for an excuse to bail out. It was just getting interesting..

Another american heavyweight taking his act on the road. They just never seem capable of bringing their A game with them, do they? Just so rarely do they seem comfy in there. They do much better having the homecourt advantage than being the guy giving it up.
