Marquez has already said he is going to stay at 135lbs. So he is not giving up his WBA and WBO Belts. So he needs to get Mitchell in for the WBA or IBF titles because he aint going near Valero or Marquez.

I am posative i read an article where he was going to fight Katsidis or Juan Diaz re-match. Either way Katsidis is with GBP so they can sort out a deal. He is still ranked at super feather by the IBF so could go in there rankings, and getting a fighter ranked is not a problem.

I don't see what's so wrong with giving him a stay-busy opponent while he's waiting on his mandatory. Eventually he'll get Katsidis or Marquez, either of which would be a big fight, so no need to risk losing that status by putting him in with someone who could beat him. There's probably an 80% chance Marquez and Katsidis will face each other in May, and Mitchell will be the mandatory for the winner.
