    I have seen fighters do it before to sharpen up the reflexes and get used to slipping and countering better than pads. But its not a full on spar one attacking one defending.

    I think Kats will be too strong here and wear mitchell down. Walking him down and stopping him in the 4th. Mitchell lacks the power to keep kats off huim.
