In this thread feel free to give your final predictions, give a heads up when the fight is starting, and just discuss if you are watching the fight.

I've always maintained the opinion that Katsidis is nothing more than a club fighter. Totally one dimensional, deprived of any notable boxing skills, and I seriously doubt he has the capacity to go any further than tonight. No disrespect intended to the guy though, as he seems like a genuinely nice bloke with a truck load of heart, but Mitchell will honestly make easy work of him tonight. This fight may well be built up as an explosive clash of styles, but the truth is that Katsidis was/is never that good to begin with, and will be thoroughly outclassed in nearly every department, making it opposite to the competitive clash most have been fooled in to thinking it will be.

Prediction, Mitchell late stoppage (on cuts) or wide UD

For the last few weeks Mitchell has been talking about going to war, and how he is gonna bang. We all know he can, but i think he's just saying that. Against Precott he showed that he can stayed disciplined for 12 rounds, and i think he will do that tonight, and thoroughly out-box and out-class Katsidis.

Katsidis seems like a decent guy, and he can do some damage if and when he connects, but tonight will not be his night.

    Mitchell UD..

I think mitchell will do well in the early rounds but katsidis non stop warrior style will will begin to wear mitchell down around rd 5. To call katsidis a club fighter is a joke. He is a world champion and has fought the better people (cassamayor, diaz, chavez...) Mitchell seems to be the real deal and I have watched a lot of both of them. I think mitchell can a win a dec that being said Katsidis could stop him. I am british but I am pulling for katsidis and would like to see him land the big fights. I just hope its a good tear up

It is for the WBO interim belt, I wish all belts except 100% world title belts disappeared. **** all these interim, super, regular, galactic belts. Have one champ and thats it.

Ok the club fighter remark was maybe a little too harsh. But the point I'm trying to make, is that when his style of fighting is pitted against a smart boxer, 9 times out of 10 against it will fail him. And tonight, is going to be one of those times.

Katsidis' face will not look too pretty by the end of the night.

Nah, it's pretty packed. The Saunders fight happened awhile back.
