Mitchell-Katsidis II and Rios-Murray looking likely!

    It seems that Michael Katsidis' team have put an offer to Frank W for a return fight with Kevin Mitchell for later this year. This looks to have been accepted and there is a press conference due next week.

    But I see somewhere that Brandon Rios was lining up John Murray (who Kevin Mitchell knocked out in 8 back in July) as a possible opponent. I didn't believe it at first, but I asked Fat Dan on Twitter and he confirmed talks are being held between the two :patsch Pretty much a bull**** fight considering Murray is coming off a KO loss! Is it worse than a Barerra fight? If the fight happens, Bam Bam knocks him cold quicker than he did Antillon.

    I would expect the two winners would square off, if Rios stays at 135.

    Surely they can get someone better for Rios for his next fight not bums he'll walk through.

    Mitchell Katsidis is very possible and Mitch would win by wide UD decision in my opinion but surely Rios isn't that short on opponents that he would go for someone just coming off a K'O loss.
    Nevertheless Rios would K'O Murray and depending on how well Mitch does against Katsidis I don't know what the outcome of that fight could be but Rios will most probably win both bouts, and I Katsidis happens to beat Mitch again Rios would K'O him as well

    Na. I'd rather him beat the **** out of a limited eurolevel fighter than him beating the **** out of a living legend.

    Wasn't Rios' next date penciled in for Pac-JMM 3? Maybe he knows he can get Murray on the cheap

    Are you guys out of your minds? Katsidis CLOWNED Mitchell.... is was clear that they were a level apart in class.
