I think He's one of the best prospects we have and will go all the way:good There's only really Campbell, Burnett, C Smith, I would out ahead of him in the british prospects list

    what dyou think?

Potentially at featherweight, he has no chance at super featherweight as he is way too small for the weight.

You put Mitchell smith ahead of Anthony Joshua???

Anyway catterall is better than him in terms of being a prospect

Great logic, Mitchell Smith might be packing 'glass'? Anyone could be packing 'glass'.

nah but there is seriously warnings joshua might be.. He got dropped and hurt by Whyte, TKO'd by Nistor, wobbled and hurt by Savon and Mezhidov... Whereas I've never even seen Mitchell Smith momentarily hurt yet..

Nothing iv seen yet leads me to believe hes even a definate fot the british unless he got an easy opp.
I reckon samir monimee beats him and walsh if he was to drop down to feather. And theres a reason he vacated the english when townend was mand. hes a decent kid at the lvl hes at now but his k.o rate is only 50 odd % his boxing skills are nothing to write home about as we saw against kovac and he can easily be baited up.
Ill wait till he gets a real opp in there to see how really good he is.

I agree with most of this. And wen they talk about his power where was it against moises and cope. Cope been stopped twice since. Interestingly by townend ( smith mando wen he dropped english without defending it) then again at area level where the kid was something like 3-5.

He wants walsh for british early next year but board hav made a final eliminator which doesn't involve smith so that cud push a walsh fight back further.

Don't know much about him, seen a couple of fights but nothing memorable.

Reading the comments above I'll have a proper look

    Thanks for the prompt

He looks very impressive, but i'll reserve judgement until i see how he performs against a better class of opponent.

It's easy to look good against medicore opposition, but credit where its due, and he can only beat the man in front of him.
