Arreola by early KO. Good Power, solid chin, mad heart. Mitchell has nothing for him. I was somewhat shocked by the Stiverne fight. Ive been following Chris's career for years, Vitali fight had a negative effect on him. I had hoped he would of had better technical skills by now. I had hoped he would of been a serious threat to Wladimir by now. But I think Chris would be a punching bag for Wlad. If Chris can stay i shape get a better trainer, maybe he can have one more shot or stick around until Wlad retires. Hes got a ton of heart, seems like a good guy.
Has Arreola been knocked down 3 times and stopped by a light hitting former CW who couldn't even stop Julius Long?
Arreola needs to do more than just lose weight. Needs to ditch Ramirez and get a nutritionist. 50/50 on this, fight, tho Arreola has the edge in experience.
Yeah it's definitely a step up but everyone has to keep in mind that they are trying to sell Mitchell as the "Best Heavyweight in America" and this will definitely be a step in that direction. His chin and balance will continue to be issues going forward but he's got the physical and mental toughness to compete with anyone and that's really all any fan can ask. As far as Arreola's concerned, Mitchell needs to watch out for that chopping right hand that Chris likes to throw when he(or is opponent) is against the ropes. Arreola also often looks to end combinations with it. Seth leaves himself wide open to this punch and it could be lights out if gets comfortable and start cruising late in the fight. From Arreola's perspective, he just needs to be himself and use his workrate and conditioning as a weapon. Banks's injury prevented him from finishing the job or testing Mitchell's fitness but Chris will absolutely need to do this to have any chance of winning.
