Since I can't hear it, I'm assuming your not doing it..

Breathe out when you punch. Just a quick puff, it'll help keep your pace and not gas out.

And when you punch, I notice it with your right.. you drop the elbow back first. That's a wind-up and it gives off a tell so he can weave under and smash your stomach in since it is wide open.

Thanks, after watching again I see what you're saying. Next time I'll do it with boxing shoes and heed your advice.

Regarding the pad man his is back leg longer than is front leg, he only ever moved left in both clips, that's not good for you, if your sparr partner clicks on to that you mostly move left.

As JagOfTroy mentions, I noticed your right hand dropping slightly when you throw a jab... Keep it tight if you can :)

You also 'pawed' your jab a few times - try and keep the snap in them, even when you're tired.

Also try and tuck in your chin deeper. My trainer used to put a tennis ball under my chin - the idea being you keep the tennis ball tucked under there by pinning your chin to your chest.

it looks like you get a tad flat footed. get proper shoes and stay light an the balls of the feet.

Also, you look a little "tight" in the upper body. Maybe try to work with a little loose rhythm. Slight movement of the hands with the shoulders while you are shifting your weight on the balls of your feet. You might find this helps your shots pop a little quicker and improves reaction time. Just a thought.
