I'm not quite sure what point you are trying to make, I assume it is something to do with no one agreeing with you in the Arreola/Lesnar thread.
I guess i remember it incorrectly. I remember Randy landing counter overhand rights OVER and OVER and OVER and making Tim look worthless, dropping Tim multiple times...
My point is how fickle ya'll mother ****ers are. Here you got Tim Slyvia, arguablly the greatest MMAer in history, and he gets beat by Mercer and ya'll throw him under the bus. When it was just yesterday when he was going life and death with another ATG.
OK, you have shot yourself in the foot there, absolutely no one in MMA argues that Tim Sylvia is the greatest in MMA history. You have destroyed any argument you had with just one sentence of absolute garbage. Read this and digest the information: MMA is all about fighting to your strengths and taking away you opponents advantages (not unlike boxing). If anyone tries to fight standing up against someone like Mercer then you are clearly risking a lot. Remember that Mercer was destroyed by Kimbo Slice? That is all an MMA practitioner needs to do against a boxer.
I don't know why you keep on pissin' and moaning about boxing and mma, they are two different sports, so either enjoy both or just watch one.
Uh, about the time he beat the most dangerous man in history in Arvoloski, and please slap yourself for questioning that when it's a known fact, solidified in Britanica.
You mean when he floored him with the first punch and beat the **** out of him for 25 min? That fight? The one where he won every second of every minute of every round? On the feet and the floor? That fight with Couture and Sylvia?
That is exactly how it ****ing happened, look at the fight, the first punch thrown puts sylvia on his ass, he loses every round. Life and death implies Randy didn't dominate him. Every judge had at least 4 rounds for Couture, I am only saying that because while I think they all had it 50-45, I'm not 100% certain. At no point in that fight did Randy look like he was going to do anything but win and win easily. Fact is Mercer is one of three guys to drop Sylvia with the first punch of a fight, Fedor and Couture are the others.
Tim Sylvia is not in the top 50 greatest MMA fighters in history. Mercer did to him what Couture and Fedor did, but knocked him out instead of down. Makes sense because Mercer hits harder. What qualifies Syvlia, in your opinion, for all time great status. Name 1 time in their fight that Sylvia had Couture in any trouble at all, let alone "life and death." Seriously, this fight was so one sided it was absurd.
You guys should just not bother posting in this guy's threads. Ignore him then hopefully he'll **** off!
