mostly white Americans, who have never been factor in boxing or any real sport. now they best athletes of this world, yes UFC is joke. or maybe not joke, it's just like WWE.
I like both sports but one thing I find amazing is how MMA fans can go mental over a toe to toe battle in MMA when most of the time the striking is no better than what u would see in a bar room brawl.
As someone that comes from a striking background, I prefer to see sophisticated grappling over pristine striking though I wouldn't exactly scoff at seeing the latter.
how on earth can anyone prefer watching grappling over striking??? especially someone who (supposedly) comes from a striking background??
:think He used his reach knowledge well in this fight... to be fair though his legs got smashed in MMA when he tried to use his MMA reach knowledge :deal Maybe they will make a film about him... "The Brawler" Rampage can play him and John Goodman can play Roy Nelson... Lynchburg
atsch the wrestlers already know what's gonna happen before they step in the ring. WWE is scripted, ufc is not.
mma fighters are fighters period. its not about skill at that point. rich franklin being a math teacher means nothing. don't mean to sound cliche, but to be a fighter is intangible and completely abstract
OH NO! Another smoking gun thread from the boxing forum that sets the record straight once and for all that boxing is vastly superior to MMA!! I'm going to file this in the "who gives a ****" category where these stupid debates belong. They were interesting years ago, but for those of us who watch and enjoy both sports, they've become irrelevant.
