that's why there is lots of lower org's that guys can go to.The UFC needs other orgs to develope fighters and keep guys active. They know when they cut a guy that it doesn't end their careers but gives them a chance elsewhere. Besides they have too many guys to keep active all the time that's why guys are frequently cut.
