    What training is the best to do to get better quicker....do i just keep at until i get better, by that i mean get my arse kicked by smaller and physically weaker fighters, :lol: what traing should i do to get my strenght to what is should be for a 13st fighter. What supplements should i take. I am very serious about the sport and do not to embarrass myself anymore. Thanks in advanvce.:good

    So do you want to get better or stronger? Obviously the two are related, but you seem to be saying you want strength to improve first. If that is the case then do the major powerlifting and Olympic lifts.

    If you want to get better, there is no real shortcut that works long term. What could work short term is drilling in a go to move from each position until you have it totally down. This isn't a bad idea for any fighter, as even the absolute best have moves they go to whenever they can, but for a more average person starting out, you will want to get the technique for everything down and not just focus on winning.

    Remeber, you aren't there to "win" in training, you are there to get better. The winning comes in competition, training is for improving, even if it means "losing" when rolling.
