Mogens Palle willing to let Kessler go, but not cheaply

I hate this part of boxing.

What about a compromise..Fight Larsen in Denmark which Palle promotes and Sauerland buys out the other two fights for x amount...say the 750 000 he is willing to pay.

I dont know, I have no idea about this ****...Id just like to see it get done because this SMW tourney is one of the best things to happen to boxing in a long time and I would hate to see silly **** like this stop it.

This is ****ed... boxing is just not organized right, gotta make things run smooth if boxing is going to be a huge mainstream sport again

 

As much as I hate to agree with Palle, Mikkel Kessler is worth a lot more than Sauerland offered. Sauerland is like Winky at his very best. Talk - talk - talk, and then when it comes time to back it up -- offer horse****.

 

Palle isn't young, maybe he will kick the bucket in the near future. That seems to be the most realistic chance of Kessler getting out of it.

 

After this extended hiatus, I hope Kessler comes back with a real determination to make the big fights happen. Palle's talons are sunk in so deep they damage the whole of the super middleweight division.

 

Am i missing something? Everybody seem to be blaming Palle. I don't know...was Kessler forced to sign the previous contract?
