    it's not about that. i might think that gamboa would beat anyone at 135, but he shouldn't be ranked #1 there before he fights anyone there. obviously h2h is one factor but no way he should be #1 after one fight in the division 5 years ago. and no one has achieved more at 154 recently than (unofficially) beating lara and kirkland.
