Sad but true. Nobody is checking for Pacquiao. He loses this fight or struggles to win this fight and he might as well call it a career.

What a fighter claims is irrelevant. Taking a nap against a 40yr old lightweight is a lot more hurtful.

Well if you think Floyd never fighting Pac doesn't do anything to his legacy you're welcome to your opinion. I just disagree with it.

Of course it adds to his legacy. But his legacy isn't based on that. Just like Manny's isn't based on Floyd's. Simple.

What are you talking about? it based on who you fought, when you fought them, and who you didn't fight.

If SLR never fought Hearns it certainly would have lowered his status as an ATG.

No it's based on who you fought, not who you didn't fight.

Should we drop Leonard for not fighting Pryor?

Let's drop Lewis, he never fought Bowe.

Dumb. It's about who you fought and how you did against them.

Leonard's not getting dropped because he didn't fight Pryor, rather he's getting rewarded from having fought Hagler, Hearns, Benitez and Duran, which is precisely why he'll always rank higher than Mayweather.

And yes, many do lower Lewis's standing relative to other Top fighters for not having fought Bowe. Common sense tells you his ranking would be higher if he fought and beat a prime Bowe.

Just like Mayweather's place in history would be higher if he fought and beat a prime Pac. If you don't believe this start a thread with a poll and ask others.
