    That's what Mayweather said. Look at the original post, it's nothing buy a long quote from Mayweather. I never proclaimed Cotto to be the king of anything. That term is way too subjective anyway.

    I didn't muddle anything up. You refuse to answer simple questions. You're the one who claimed that Cotto wasn't the best fighter at 154, and then tried to claim Alvarez and Lara are after dodging the question.

    Most people have Cotto ranked number 1 at JMW. Many people had Oscar number 1 at JMW when he fought him. So in Mayweather's only two appearences at JMW, he has fought the best. In your own opinion, Saul Alvarez is the best at JMW. So I'm guesssing you wouldn't object to a Mayweather/Alvarez fight, considering he would be fighting the best according to you.

    I'm not sure how this statement even relates to the discussion.

    he's a tougher opponent for Pacquiao. I think Floyd has an easier time with Bradley than he does Cotto though

    Possibly.... but I am talking on who is going to have the tougher fight come fight night. Mayweather will have no trouble at all against Cotto. And also I am not positive that Bradley wouldnt create a more competetive fight at this stage either, though I can at least see why someone would pick Cotto for that (vs mayweather).

    Mayweather is the best fighter in the game, period.

    There is no current king of JMW.

    It'll be clear when Cotto, Alvarez and Martinez are defeated by Floyd. :deal

    Might not beat all of them but what fighter in any weight has beaten all of the top ten guys. Once again by your reasoning there isnt a king in any weight. Also cotto wont beat all the top ten but i would give Cotto a bigger chance against all the top ten fighters in his division than any other 154. In other words cotto would beat more top ten 154s than Alvarez, Molina, Lara, bundrage, trout, kirkland, or any top 154 you choose. Must of 154s are prospects and unproven and all have loss except alvarez who hasnt fought anybody yet.

    Martinez is the King of 160 and 154 lbs. easily.


    Pac has already stopped Cotto, he is damaged goods!!!
