It will happen when both are past their prime and semi retired.

Not only would Mayweather NOT run, he would do a number on Pacquiao's face and body while remaining mostly infront of him.

For those of you who say Mayweather will run around to get away, remember two things.

One, Mayweather only uses his legs excessively against men who are larger than him. Baldomir and DLH (the two everyone points to) weighed 160+ on fight night. He didn't run from Judah, Gatti, Hatton, or nearly anyone else. Closest he came was Castillo II and even then, it wasn't much and Castillo was over 145 that night for a 135 bout (if I remember correctly).

Two, Mayweather isn't going to run because of Pacquiao's power. It won't even carry to 147 AND Mayweather has faced bigger puncher, Corrales, Castillo, etc.

Some good points. I only have one correction. Floyd did some running against Jesus Chavez. Jesus was smaller then him and started out at FW. However, he stood in front of him a good amount of time and eventually stopped him.

Unless really needs the money, I see no reason why Pac would take this fight. All you need to do is watch Marquez/Pacquiao I and/or II as well as Mayweather/Judah to see exactly what little chance Pac would stand in this fight.

No no, you're right....he did move a little against Chavez. And Chavez put in a good showing too. I thought there was one I was forgetting. Wasn't Mayweather's hand hurt in that fight as well? Or was that Carlos Hernandez? Or both?

No not really , floyd did not run from Chavez but moved back to give him self space from the crowding Chavez .. I wouldn't call that running considering Chavez corner had to save. If Chavez wasn't running into shot he was eating straight right and upper cuts.
