Money Mayweather Celebrity Weekend begins

Wow, talk about jumping on a man just for the sake of it. I live in Grand Rapids and attended last years Mayweather Weekend. I must say that while I'm a fan of Floyd Mayweather the fighter, I'm not always a fan of the way he portrays himself on the 24/7 series. That being said, this fund raiser/celebrity weekend is a great experience. Last year's turn out was wonderful and I'm expecting even better things this year.

There really isn't anything negative about this -- it's not some gang-bang party or some bull**** like that. So unless you're going to go, or have gone before, there's really no need to judge it when the only merit you bring is the simple fact that you just can't stand Floyd Mayweather the guy. That opinion is fine because Floyd has acted like a moron in the past. But this event, the work that is put in to it by the Mayweather Foundation, himself, and those around him, is a great thing. So try not to pollute it with opinions that really have no credibility except either a jealousy or hate.

 

Hold up. Are we talking about the same Floyd Mayweather who throws money away in nightclubs and has competitions with Zab Judah to see who can spend the most money on bottles of ****? The same Floyd who was called a "damn fool" by his own father for throwing money away and trying to impress people?

No you're digging yourself into a deeper hole. You questioned why celebrities were attending the event and I gave you an explanation. Instead of owning up to your stupidity, you try to change the topic. You bring up how Floyd gives money away at clubs; as if this somehows invalidates his charitable work. I'll tell you what. I'm going to just assume that you're just trying to start **** instead of the alternative which is that you're an imbecile.

Calling someone an imbecile who is making imbecilic remarks is not childesh name calling. It's called giving an accurate description of the mental capabilities of a particular individual. Only a true imbecile would fail to grasp this concept.

Furthermore, I cleary stated that I assumed that your comments were posted in an effort to start arguments; meaning that you wouldn't fall into the alternative category of being an imbecile.

 

Floyd acts like a grade 'A' **** everytime he opens his mouth or does something in public, but cant fault the man for this, just shows he is human and does have a heart afterall. If he was as greedy as is made out then he'd not be doing this... that or he has a good PR guy lol. Either way, props to the man.
