This is just one event. Usually events bring in more money than just a single donation.

Mayweather donates on his own, the point of the events like I said, is to bring in more money from more people then just someone doing it themself.

Like I did with the last guy, I'm going to assume that you're being funny and that you're not in fact ignorant.

I wonder how much an event like this would really bring? I doubt it would be much. If it was someone elso holding the event I wouldn't say anything but Mayweather or De La Hoya holding fund raising events in communities that are not doing great economically is something I don't like.

Its all part of Mayweather's conspiracy...see, he's going to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity and then....ummm....

ahh, **** it. You're a ****ing idiot. Go picket Calzaghe's house to have a charity event...I bet that ***** even has a nice house and car- that asshold.

Ok. so its not enough for him to raise money for charitable foundations, but he has to organize it, get stars to come out, advertise, promote, and then fundraise without raising money.

Well then I must assume that you're ignorant to the dynamics of a fundraiser. It doens't seem that you understand what the actual purpose of a fundraiser is.

So you are trying to imply that this is a business venture in guise of a fundraiser?

Mayweather spends a lot of time helping kids and families that are less fortunate and gives back to the community and that is a fact.
He helps schools with sports programs supply's turkey's on thanksgiving to his old community, and all other sorts of things to help people in need.
