if you are an atg you take the fight,4 years ago we would be crazy to even talk about this fight, yet maywetather is off why? he is the bigger man,has all the boxing skills to beat the pacman and yet he is still not interested, he just wants to see plentv of wear and tear on pacman, before he even thinks about this fight ,mayweather needs to remember it is pacman taking the chance not floyd inthis one, in floyds mind it is a risk not worth taking.

the thing with mayweather is he isnt concerned about how much $$$ he makes, hes more concerned of how much other people are making off of him.

floyd could be offered 1 billion dollars to fight Koki Kameda but will reject it if he finds out that the middle man is making 500 million dollars.

It's pretty obvious, that if Floyd wanted the fight, it would have already happened.
It's hard to understand what Floyd's appeal to his fans are.
He never takes the fights the fans want (not since Corrales, anyway), and when he does fight, it's a snoozer.
Is the attraction to Floyd his psuedo-ghetto, anti-social , woman beating lifestyle?
The stuffing of piles of money down his baggy pants , and the accompaning ****** dance? The berating of fighters he scared shitless to face?
It's a shame...the worlds most talented, hardest working fighter is a destestable douche bag. What a waste.

other than when his reps agreed to a prelim contract (not signed by Floyd) that was brought over by Arum to Manila, I haven't seen any indication that Floyd really wants to fight Pac.

then again, that could have been a sham too since Floyd added obstacles once Pac agreed to it.

didn't the first round of negotiations fall apart cuz floyd wasn't going up past 14 days and pac wasn't going below 20 (24?)? at the start floyd wanted up to the fight testing while pac wanted 30 right? 14 seemed like a good compromise in my opinion.

after the negotiations fell apart..that original offer was void. those unsigned contracts were useless. and didn't floyd come and say that pac wasn't getting that 14 day offer again?

i know there are people saying pac agreed to test up to the fight and yet no one can provide a source. that new article being written up by someone that talked to pac himself around a week ago could shed some light on it though. like he said, it could be the teams around pac and floyd rather than the fighters that are at fault

GOOD POST..AGREE..ESPECIALLY WITH THE TEAMS BEING INVOLVED AND FUKIN IT UP..

Someone made a thread a while back that said "IF FLOYD AND PAC WERE ABLE TO SIT DOWN TOGETHER, ALONE AND WITHOUT THE PROMOTERS AND THE MANAGEMENT THAT A FIGHT WOULD BE MADE WITHIN A FEW HOURS...

SUX THAT THEY CANT DO THAT THOUGH..JUST SCHEDULE A MEETING WHERE THEY GO AND NEGOTIATE THIS ****...

DONT WORK LIKE THAT BUT IT WOULD BE NICE IF IT WOULD SO ALL THE CONFUSION WOULDN'T BE A FACTOR:good

Whats bull**** about 50/50 when your the two best fighters in the sport. Not wanting to have your glove make dictated to you when it could compromise your chance in the fight and wanting to make sure that Floyd doesn't come in over weight, which he did for the Marquez fight?

If Pac was a proven known steroid user ala Shane Mosley then there would be justification in blood tests to the day of the fight.

Both sides should give it a rest. The fight isn't happening so there's little point in arguing over cutoff dates.

    You serious?!

Same thing different thread. Floyd said no cutoff, Manny tries to get one anyways, Floyd's called a coward bcuz he won't drop his demand. But I bet if Floyd asked for bigger gloves and a bigger ring than in the first negotiations and Manny denied it would be Floyd's fault again.
