Green will be more aggressive this time. He knows he has zero to no chance winning on points and will go for the ko.

Playing right in to tarvers hands.

The gap in skill was ridiculous last time. Tarver looked like he walked out of a day spa, green looked like he fought 15 guys outside a pub in redfern.

    Ko within 4.

This is all i see on Twitter, nothing on facebook about it, that i can see that is. What did you find on facebook about it?

Tarver Vs Green 2 big fight same result comment doesnt confirm the fight, if anything he has avoided a direct question regarding it posted 3 hrs prior to what he posted on twitter. He has more than likely read Danny wants a rematch and has comented on it but wont go as far to say if he has been contacted or not by Greens people which would prove if Dannys for real or this is all a media publicity stunt to save some face and contuine fighting Bums.

Looks like the rematch will be made. I have no idea on how Green can turn this around. He's simply out of his league with Tarver who should win convincingly again. Props to Green though wanting to turn it around but I can't see how.

..firstly..I seriously doubt the fight will happen...Green ain't that dumb..but hypothetically speaking..if it did happen...a KO within 4 rounds might be a very conservative guess..
..if we take into account Tarvers relative inactivity...and the fact that he had a cagey start to their last fight while he had abit of a look at Green...and still he caught Green hard in each of the early rounds...and considerin' Green has a one diamentional attack...nothin' tricky...just straight ahead lookin' to land the right hand...I wouldn't be at all surprised if Tarver scored a 1st round knock out...I reckon blind freddy can see how it'll pan out...hence the reason why the fight wont happen...I reckon anyway..

I personally don't give Green any chance in a rematch, not even a punchers chance. Tarver has a granite chin and Green won't and can't stop him.

    Totally pointless rematch.

Im not so convinced Danny WANTS IT!

He has said Tarver is hard to deal with? already making up excuses for why the fight may not go ahead.

He has said twice he has moved on, he keeps repeating this like a broken record as if its been programed into him that he must contuine to say this same line. :huh

He also said the decision wasnt hard but it took him 5 weeks to announce it? .. even then he cut short of even announcing it correctly, one would have thought he would already have got a deal struck and a date set, after all he did state he wanted the fight before the end of the year, we are now at the end of August leaving 4 months until 2012.

Claims it will be easyer in USA? WTF he doesnt fight overseas anymore, he chose to pay opponents vast sums of money to come fight him on his home soil because he felt comfortable. If he thinks he will feel better in USA pmsl, he has to climatize and a heap of other sht. He is just putting it onto Tarver to make the fight happen, Green Machine promotions do not operate in USA and never have so whos promoting and hosting the fight and paying the fighters? TARVER PROMOTIONS?

This fight has zero appeal in USA on PPV, be lucky if ESPN picks it up and there will be no 1.5 million in it for Tarver or Danny Green!

Danny come back to make money! If you think he is going to go over to USA and do this then you got rocks in ya head! Danny makes fck all going to USA to fight, he had plenty of chances to win legit titles he cares not about titles or their worth he only cares about MONEY!

Exactly what US tv companies will telecast this mismatch ? I can't think of any that would want to telecast this.

Tarvers last fight before Green (heavy weight one) was on Shobox which is part of Showtime, shobox have a super channel which has fights on it similar to foxsports, showtime do the PPV events. i dont think Tarver V Green is big enough to sell as a PPV event in USA, they would have to put it on one of the cable channels for free and would not be paying Tarver 1.5 million or Danny Green as there is no way they would recoupe the losses.

Can you please explain why it is a good rematch mate. This is one of the many things that is wrong with boxing these days. Totally pointless rematches. Green wasn't just beaten comfortably like when Tarver lost to Chad Dawson, He was bashed up and totally outclassed and you are calling it a good rematch. Why ?

Coz green makes high 6 figures. No stress from promoting.

And a chance to right a lot of wrongs. Nothing to lose.
