He hasn't got the intelligence himself to see how good GGG is.

You just knew Monroe was going to start talking, playing a myriad of absurd angles, coupled with archaic stereotypical tripe. The dig at Golovkin's intellect is actually offensive.

Golovkin is going to hear this garbage first hand during the prefight media stuff and I am curious if he fires back or per usual just lets it all go. Must take extraordinary discipline to just sit there and let some delusional nobody defame youl.

There's no respect shown towards GGG from this youngster, obviously. GGG has given Monroe an opportunity to step up, though he could have easily selected someone else. Monroe also said yesterday that this fight is just a "fish in the sea" cosnidering how much he went though in his life. Quite a dismissive lad, ha?

Also GGG takes it personally when there is no respect or enough sportmanship. So you can expect GGG to say something like "you're serious?" and then bust Monroe's ass like Stevens's.

There's an interview on YouTube I think it's with stevekim and GGG talks about the hit and not get hit tactic and if he can use it.he says in the AMS he uses it sometimes but it's not fan friendly and that's why he uses "Mexican style"...Monroe is actually wrong about what boxing is.And he will find out what happens when u try and run from GGG and point score.GGG will catch him and knock him out.MONROE u can run but u cannot hide in the ring.

Nah, its probably just confidence. Who cares what someone says to sell the fight when you know you are going to show them the error of their words.

His response and demeanor to Stevens was telling - " You serious?"

Also http://www.blogtalkradio.com/raging...aging-babe-radio--ring-walk-to-kovalev-pascal is link to Monroe interview. Starts around 40min I think. Was pretty interesting.

I dont think he is delusional, he really thinks he can stick and move and outbox GGG. He knows what he is getting into. Not that I think he will be successful, but the guy has brass ballz.

I think Monroe Jnr will be the first fighter to actually win a couple rounds against Golovkin since Ouma.

A few people have mentioned "how well Murray did", let's not confuse, " did better than expected", with "did well".

Murray lost every minute of every round, from round 3 to the end, he never showed a moment of being in that fight, it was a complete beat down.

Willie is going to learn on May 16th that a new type of fighter has taken over the sport, and nothing he has ever trained for will have prepared him for the level of brutality he is going to receive.

Golovkin should just tell Monroe that since he is not in Monroe's class, that he will just fight someone else......................then we will see what Monroe says................Monroe does not have the power to keep Golovkin off him. Sometimes Golovkin allows an opponent to hit him after feeling him out, just walk through his opponent's punches, but Golovkin had 350 amateur fights with only 5 losses, he has seen every style there is and he has fought runners like Monroe many times before...............one good punch from Golovkin and Monroe will think he got run over by a truck...............
