Im kinda suprised now what i read here
Monte Barrett’s attorney Mike Borao says they have two options on the table – A Tua rematch or maybe a date with Adamek later this year.
    and also here [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monte_Barrett[/ame]

Monte has a chance to go out with some dignity - much better boxers have not had this chance.

I guess he feels he has to come back.

I thought he gave a great accout of himself againsed Tua and won the fight. I had a feeling he would not be content retiring on a draw.

Barrett got robbed against Tua and stands to make the most money of his career. I really can't blame the guy if he comes back for one more.

Adamek would destroy Barrett. If Barrett's going to come back for one more he should fight Tua in NZ. He'll make lots of $$ (get robbed on the cards again) and walk away with a more comfortable retirement.

He is like a throwback and has upset the odds on many young heavys in the past..

Dominick Guinn , handed him his 1st loss,
Tua , almost stopped his winning streak and knocked him over..
Owen Beck, gave him his first loss,
upset legendary ex champs, Tim Witherspoon and Greg page and gave promising prospect Eric Kirkland his second pro defeat..

    Very exciting and unpredicatable...

I think he surprised everyone. Always been a Tua fan myself but I ended up cheering for Barrett. Great performance.

He must have had his Weetabix that morning. You don't see many guys taking the fight to David Tua like he did;)
