Monte Barrett starved with £30-a-day food allowance

Wow £30 = 60 bucks? What the hell is Monte complaining about? I can feed myself, my wife and two kids on 60 dollars a day and still have some cash left over. What does a fighter in training need to eat 60 dollars worth of food for anyway?

Booth (Hayes manager) said in a later interview that Barrett had been mislead by his people in the USA (I suppose he would say that though) and Barrett was now taking the matter up with them.

When I was in Vegas last year it was close to $60. I can't say it affects my day to day live though.....unfortuneatly!!!

 

Because the host promoter covers travel, lodging and allocates a per diem for the visiting fighter. It is pretty standard.

 

Haye is such a dick I hope Barrett puts his head into the 18th row. Barrett exposed Owen Beck,Dommink Guinn and someone else I forget who hopefully he does it here as well.

 

Maybe the host has paid the agreed money for this up front and Barretts manager has decided cut some corners? That certainly seems to be what Booth is inferring, time will tell.
