Montreal Duran beats him in a clear UD15, if he doesn't knock him out. Closest to a prime elite fighter Floyd fought were Castillo and Cotto, also pressure-type fighters, and it's no coincidence that they both gave him hell. They are HoF level, Duran is an ATG and the absolute-prime Montriel version a whole other animal and head to head monster. If I'm Al Haymon Floyd ain't going anywhere near that Duran.

    Where's the poll?

This is about Montreal Duran though. That specific version of him.

Ray also said that he rushed the rematch knowing that Duran ballooned up between fights.Funny how you didn't mention that.

Of course Cervantes beat DeJesus as DeJesus was MOVING UP,lol.I NEVER WROTE DURAN WAS WASHED UP AT 154.I've no idea why you wrote that.I wrote that he was past it at 154 which was NOT HIS NATURAL WEIGHT.And HE DID NOT FIGHT AT 154 FOR 3-4 YEARS BEFORE THAT.Just because he got fat between fights and fought at 154 a couple of times DOES NOT MEAN HE FOUGHT AT THAT WEIGHT FOR 3-4 YEARS.When he fought DeJesus in 1978,it was for THE LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE.Please stop manipulating the facts to suit your anti Duran agenda. You didn't answer the question.Do you believe that Kirkland Laing would have beaten the Montreal Duran?Simple question.

He might have been in great shape but was that the BEST version of Duran?Obviously not.

:patschYes because Duran's being embarrassed and quitting against Leonard in their 2nd indicates that Montreal Duran would have lost to Mayweather:lol::lol:.Good job:lol:

Well you finally admitted on another thread that Montreal Duran would have beaten Kirkland Laing. Can you expound on that though, because you always claim that Duran was close to prime and naturally at 154?What would have different if it were the Montreal version against Laing? Why do you believe that?

How do you know if the Leonard who showed up for the 2nd fight was in the 1st fight that a no mas could/would have been the result?
