I'm confident of Donaire's chances. Z Gorres beat him in my book. But Donaire has more pop in his punches. I see Donaire doing damage and scoring a stoppage late.

I won't talk about Villoria and just hope he wins. It seems the disease that plague DLH also contaminated his ability. Can't pull the trigger.

Pretty good card, too bad it's not going to be in the US. Since the Darchinyan-Gorres fight I really don't trust any local vs. foreigner fight in The Philippines and I know about the Montiel-Gorres situation.

It's a pretty even fight. Normally I'd slightly favour Montiel in this one, but due to the home crowd energy and the possible effect of the home town judges and Donaire being the the more important fighter for Top Rank, it's a tough prediction.

Very, very good fight, the winner should get the Darchinyan-Arce winner.

The thing is... on Vic-Gorres fight. The only pinoy judge pick Vic as the winner while the other foreigner choose Gorres and a draw. I doubt at any hometown decision on the philippine soil. They're not like Indonesia or Thailand that you have to win by KO in order to even win.

    For me my choice are

    Donaire over Montiel
    Solis over Viloria

i need to watch this. finally a world-class fight in manila after pac-larios.
i favor montiel a little bit on this one cause he is on a roll while donaire is too inactive with just 2 fights after the darchinyan win. i hope viloria redeems himself and beats "the pinoy assasin" archie solis. i hope this pushes thru. :happy

Come on Montiel!!!...I think he can pull it off...Very hard ask though..taking on the best flyweight in the world coming up to a weight that suits him nicely and in his hometown.

sounds good.....after he wins he gets the winner of darchinyan-jorge, looks like he's gonna be the undispitued champ of the division

Guess what, Randy Suico is being proposed as the next opponent for David Diaz to be featured as the main supporting undercard bout.

Donaire-Montiel and Darchinyan-Arce?!?!?!?!?!?!?! YES!!!! That's exactly what I wanted to see since Darc beat Mjares and Donaire retained his title. Now let's really hope the winners fight each other. I'm also happy for Viloria, I always had high hopes with him.

I gotta give props to Montiel. The man will fight you anywhere anytime!

Not too many champs would go so far to fight a very tough fight.
