Monitel's fight will be a ten rounder because according to the WBO he is contracted to fight Eric Morel in defense of his title.

Also Jose Luis Castillo weighed in at 140 to fight Carlos Urias.

On the same card Chavez Jr will fight tonight.

Sorry bro, JLC weighed in at 145.6.
I wonder if his checks get direct deposited in Michelle Corrales' bank account. Poor guy.

    last part

José Luis Castillo y su rival Carlos Urías dieron 140 libras, sin problemas.

literal translation is that both Castillo and his opponent made 140 lbs without any problems.

You may be right but Esto is the most respected sporting News in Mexico.

I got this from the place where you get news about fights.
I don't think JLC could make 140. He's been fighting at weird limbo welter catchweights for a while.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr 154 vs Jason LeHoullier 154
Fernando Montiel 119 vs Alex Valdez 119
Manuel Vargas 105 vs Donnie Nietes 105
    (WBO strawweight championship)
Jose Luis Castillo 145.6 vs Carlos Urias 145
    Z Gorres 123 vs Cruz Carbajal 123.5
Brandon Rios 139 vs Daniel Valenzuela 138.4
Jesus Silvestre 105 vs Hugo Olvera 105
Jose Carlos Vargas 118 vs Alexis Gonzalez 118
David Sanchez 115 vs Jose Luis Rosales 115
Armando Mariscal 135 vs Azael Villegas 135
Venue: El Palenque de la Feria, Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico
    Promoter: Top Rank and Zanfer
TV: PPV (TV Azteca in Mexico)

Montiel was a P4P fighter after his desturction of Martin Castillo, but his career is slowly declining despite him never losing. I cant really blame him since he did call out Mijares and Vic avoided him.
