but very revealing and asks some pertinent questions likes why did Khan, who stated that from now on only VADA would test him, all of sudden turn round and go with USADA instead?!

according to Montoya its all because GBP and Goodman don't get on.

Montoya also feels that it was Keith Kizer that ratted him out to GBP.

I've been following Montoya on this issue since day 1...he gets my full respect, he's going where others dare not to as they are scared of the powers that be and being cut off - and he's not being deterred.

Hope he keeps at it, I dont understand why anybody wouldn't want answers to what he asks at the end of this article.

Kicking the hornets nest will get you stung.Gabe has disturbed the GBP exec's with his investigation and they are swinging back with typical legal warnings.
    What are GBP hiding?

Don't know if they are hiding anything but its clear that they have a petty agenda going on against VADA.

Montoya vs GBP - Montoya surely scored a 10-8 round with that article. GBP are on the ropes, legs look shaky and one more bomb could potentially have this fight over with.
    :fight

Fair play to Montoya, gotta respect that he's willing to go against the grain to get the answers he wants, despite the fact GBP could try to blackball him.

I don't see the problem if failures are not released until after the fight if both boxers are fine with it, I also don't have a problem if the information about someone failing a test due to contamination doesn't get released either.

as if they would be informed that their opponent had failed a test, more often than not they would not want to go ahead with the fight.

the Quillin-Wright case was quite frankly a ****ing joke.

I didn't say they would be informed before the fight if their opponent failed, I'm saying if both boxers are happy for test results to come out after the fight then I don't see the problem.

Ultimately they are all in it for the money so things like this are in there to protect fighters and promoters from losing out, can you imagine if the same happened in the Mayweather vs Cotto fight that happened in the Ortiz vs Berto rematch? How much would GB, HBO and both guys lost out on?!

People talk about how VADA caught people in both fights, however if they happened under these supposed rules then both fights would have gone ahead, Berto's without any problems and Khans with the news coming out after, if Peterson did win then the fight would have been changed to a NC afterwards and he would have been stripped of his purse.

VADA have pretty much cut themselves out of the boxing market now, Golden Boy don't want to work with them and Top Rank appearing to have little interest in extra testing means they've not really got anywhere to go in the sport.

The Berto shambles will put people off them too.

Who cares about how much they'd lose?!

If they're cheating, best for them to not make any money.
