Yeah, JLC is better for me too, Ramirez always was a bit of a hands apart plodder though not obviously a level below or anything

He does but on the other hand if you earned a billion dollars during your career you can afford it. I followed F1 since Mansel´s win of the championship and from all the interviews, specials and whatever I got the impression he was very dislikable - did you know that Schumacher´s wife was first together with his long time collegue and friend Frentzen and he stole her from him? - everybody respected him but only very few liked him. I think that has to do with him beeing a very pedantic and fanatic perfectionist who went crazy when things weren´t going his way and because of his unsatisfiable ambition. Anyway, he is much more likable nowadays, seems to have softened up.

That does sound pretty shady. I didn't really follow him not being a formula 1 man, although he seems interesting, like someone worth reading up. And yes it's easier to give if you have allot but were you aware Steve Jobs was anti-charity? And he's 'likeable', all men have there faults

I think peak Duran had less problems with foot speed and more with hand speed and power. He respected power, contrary to his own myth. Mayweather's skill almost matches Duran's though his earlier tendency to move out and about would only encourage Duran's forward momentum. This Floyd presents different problems which Duran would have more difficulty with.

I can't say I agree, as I'm not sure where you're coming from. What do you believe to be the problems the current version of Floyd would present to Duran more so than the younger version?

Floyd has the style to outbox Duran and win a UD. Duran never could deal with a great boxer or great fighter with speed. His fans will say Duran will brutilize Floyd, but Duran never knocked out a great fighter in his whole career.

Duran never knocked out a great fighter who was champion. That is fact. What I am saying is not absurdity. For people to say Duran would brutalize Floyd and stop him is not relying on the facts of Roberto's career.

Floyd might have d style but not d size .
And how many great fighters during their reign did any1 knock out in his whole career ?

U should also ask d question of how many times that 1 was knocked out , which is what almost every1 here forget .
And even most of those who remember , do it selectively .

Many greats knocked out greats. Hagler Hearns 2, Ali 2, Delahoya, Leonard, Tyson,Foreman, all of them knocked out a great. He has the size to beat Duran, which is why I think Floyd would stop Manny. He is a solid enough welt. now.
