No, you pulled out Floyd to somehow justify having nonsensical standards and expectations and even he never had to move up in these circumstances, Floyd turned pro early and moved along at his own pace along with his body growth, the only division who you can claim he was outsized in was at 154.

The only real way to move up is to unify a division and when there's nothing left move up something that Floyd never did and couldn't. Its easy to move up and be selective and choose fighters that you know are **** something Floyd did his whole career.

It's not difficult at all to gauge the tone in this forum as it relates to Bumlovkin's "0" and Mayweather's "0" - and that was the context in which my original observation should be understood. Around here, Bumlovkin gets lots of mileage out of his "0" whereas Mayweather is constantly and consistently ridiculed and derided for his.

Lets not play the crazy role. You spend enough time here to know what's going on...

    My answer still stands.

I do not view the extremist lunatic faction of the Golovkin fan-base as anything more than casuals who happen to be fanboys of a specific fighter.

I never passed judgment one way or another about how it came to be. I'm just stating an undeniable fact. People tuned in to watch Floyd in record breaking numbers on several occasions. Golovkin doesn't command that type of popularity in the States.

Again, I'm not seeing the relationship between your reply and you're quoting what I said.

You OK today, Barcham? You seem even angrier and more disoriented than usual.

Fact is...GGG will never be the ATG middleweight you guys are already anointing him with and quite frankly never will be. But he can Solidify his status as an ATG by moving up and beating the tough challenges that await him at the higher weights. Win or lose if he attempted that, I would give him full credit.
