Monzon and Hagler stayed at 160, why can't GiGi?

All the Pac fans jumped on that bandwagon after GGG said he would drop to 54 for a fight with Floyd, hoping Floyd would accept! Do you remember all the Floyd is ducking GGG threads? There was at least 20 on the first page when that happened.

I actually meant Jacobs, not Quillin.

Personally, yes, I'd love to see those fights.

I'm a big fan of Saunders and I like how Eubank's progressing.

Lot's of different stylistic match ups there.

Who do you want him to fight?

There's only DeGale that would interest me at SMW.

I'd love to see him fight Froch, but I can't see it happening.

I don't think he's big enough to fight at LHW.

He's got goals to achieve at MW.

    That should be respected.

If I was him, I'd set myself a time limit to reach my goals. If he can't get the fights to unify within the next 12-18 months, then I think he should move up. But you can understand why he wants to unify. And the other thing is this, what great fights are there for him if he moves up to SMW? Froch, Kessler and Ward have gone. And there wouldn't be any point in trying to fight DeGale right now.

How can you compare him to Manny?

    Different circumstances altogether.

    These guys aren't thinking clearly.

Also, DeGale's got his own goals to achieve at SMW.

It's not physically possible for GG to replicate what Manny did.

Even if he moved up 2 weight classes, he'd be fighting huge LHW's who weigh 180-190 on fight night.

    Only because he could do.

Do you want GG to move up to LHW and CW?

Don't you understand that every fighter has different circumstances?

    Floyd moved up numerous divisions.

Do you think he'd have moved up the same number of divisions, had he turned pro at WW/JMW, instead of SFW?

And where is the better comp for GG?

It's too big of a jump to go to LHW.

Who's at SMW that would be a great, intriguing fight? There's only DeGale and he wants to unify himself.
