    His inside work was effective because he was great at tying up aggressive fighters and using his long reach to land his own shots. He rarely ever pressed the fight looking for inside work however.

    OK, they share some of the same qualities, but their styles still aren't very comparable. Monzon was an outside fighter who applied subtle pressure and relied on timing his opponents and keeping the fight at his pace. Margarito is a pure pressure fighter/swarmer who relies on high punch output and his granite chin and stamina to outlast his opponents.
