Why 12 rounds?? So you can favor Leonard because you do not want Monzon to win? LOL … Should be 15 they both fought 15 … Just because Leonard beat Hagler in '87 , doesn't mean he is going to that to Prime Monzon … Ray not active enough at 160 or years up to that .. I'm taking Monzon, 12 or 15 .. He will establish the jab( As hearns did), distance , and he had the motor to go

You can always tell the age of a poster by their fantasy fight being 15 or 12 rounds.

Maybe for you, but not for me … SRL didn't dominate AND keep fighting no where near as long as Monzon did .. 99 fights to 40 .. Do the math , that's more than double .. I'm not so easy to give Ray 30 more fights and assume he is going to be as successful as some do here. No way, you have to earn that.. He had his chance and passed on it .. And he didn't have a better chin than Monzon being never stopped, faster hands yes but so what, he wasn't going to out think the master who always figured his opponents out in the championship rounds... Ray tries his mind games, Ray tries his bolo punches, Ray tries his antics, sticking his chin out , pulling it back in etc. That worked on Hagler but Monzon WAY to collected and focused for that BS
