    No problem, it's just the truth.

    Boxing was stuck in the dark ages - and still is in many gyms up and down the country with regard to strength training and weight-making.

    In my opinion if you can harness any outside help by way of dietary supplements and advice from seasoned professionals in any boxing related field - body building obviously in your case, then you should, provided it is within the anti-doping rules.

    The guidelines as to what is and what is not legal aren't exactly 100% transparent and can be misinterpreted, therefore it would always be prudent to seek such advice.

    Looking forward to Jamie Moore as the new WBC champion ;). I think he will breeze through Rhodes. Sergio Martinez will be a test, but still i think hell beat him.

    well said kerry, i can vouch that u helped gary out a lot aswell mate, top man!!! cotto20 u need to sort yaself out mate heavy stuff youre saying there so id advise u to put ya tail between ya legs and take it back the amount of qork some lads do to make weight and get there bodies looking that strong is unbelieveable and for some one to say the majority of them are on steroids is outlandish!!
