Actually moore is rated the 4th greatest puncher of all time according to ring magazine. Can toney handle that caliber of a puncher?

 

I'd give the edge to Moore but honestly I don't think we ever got to see Toney max out his true potential.

 

When in shape, I do not see anvbody stopping Toney below heavyweight.Too slick and granit chin.

Nobody beats Toney easy when in shape.Moore may win this one but Toney wwould make it interesting.
