Moorer by 7 round ko, has to get up off the canvas a good few times tho.

Something tells me Morrison holds up to Moorer's punches better than Moorer holds up to Morrison's punches.

Whatever the outcome, I expect knockdowns and drama.

Moorer was a far better fighter. Tommy was the harder puncher with that left hook but Moorer was far more versatile. Double M by mid round Ko.

50/50. I like Morrison early and Moorer late.

Morrison by ko. He is the natural hw here and his power is much better at hw. Pfp double M is the better fighter but h2h i think that tommy catches him and knocks him out

Moorer was a class above Morrison. Anyone who was around at that time knows this was the case.

I give Moorer the edge. Would have been a heck of a fight though.

I really like Moorer here, especially having Manny Steward to scout Morrison and making the prefight preperations.

Sure did not like Tommy 1 iota against the southpaw Vaulin. And there weren't going to be any more southpaws on that opponent list.

I like that bigtime accuracy of Moorer to take advantage of Morrison while tommy is trying to figure things out. Make him think.
and his fatigue sets in just a little---Moorer will not miss shots like his uppercuts from both hands and a nasty right hook. Also like that nice stiff jab to set the table and to prevent Morrison from reaching any kind of groove

Action packed fight. A natural southpaw vs a slugger who threw a great left hook from the orthodox stance. Neither had great chins but both were tough and could rise off the canvas to win fights. Both were fairly close in age when prime. Not sure I’d feel comfortable betting money on the outcome. I suspect this may look somewhat like Moorer’s fight with Bert Cooper where multiple knockdowns were exchanged leading to a stoppage in the mid rounds.... who takes it ? I haven’t a clue. In fact if they fought more than once we might get mixed results
