Tarver has the more impressive resume at 175 but I think a prime Moorer would win this. Tarver was a a very good technician and was solid defensively but Moorer could flat out bang and I believe he would catch Tarver at somepoint. When two fighters are pretty equal in skill I always take the harder puncher. I'm sure at somepoint in this thread someone is going to bring up Moorer's suspect chin. No doubt he was hurt multiple times in his career but the guy had the heart of a lion. He willed himself to victory after being nearly stopped by Cooper and even though Holyfield knocked him down seven times he still got up and wanted to continue in there 2nd fight. His only true KO losses were to two of the biggest punchers in boxing history and I personally believe Foreman to be the hard puncher ever.
