Checked the betting odds for Garcia-Morales and Erik is 6-1. Only Reason Erik lost the first fight was because he ran out of gas, yes everybody knows Erik is way past his best but he still has that IQ in the ring to outpoint Garcia who i dont rate as highly as everyone (he knocked out glass jaw Khan and he is going to do this that and the next thing good fighter but not great) Anyone else putting a cheeky 20 note on El Terrible ? oh and Morales should retire after this fight win or lose !
Ye its just ya cant be trusting Judges scorecards at this level.. I think it will be close either way, it all depends on what the plans of the promoter are i.e(does he want the Khan vs Garcia rematch or does he want to make one last cash in on morales if he was to beat Garcia fights with Marquez would be more enticing). I'm always gonna be very sceptical on the subject, Ortiz not getting the nod vs Peterson cost me over €2600..
garcia has some serious momentum coming into this fight , i don't see warales winning but ftw warales all day :bbb
If Morales looks in decent/better shape compared to his last Garcia fight and says anything which could show he is motivated to win in an kind of way in a Press conference or interview then It's worth the bet. He mocked Garcia's boxing style & has been through sh*t & opponents Garcia will never go through in his career. He ain't worried - no matter what. Danny is going to be be hoping and planning to land his left hook all night... Maybe a bad idea to concentrate on such a thing if Morales becomes a handfull. This whole post is full of Morales hope. Realisticly he should get beat... either way - War Morales?
Like i said many times if garcia is force to wear winning gloves like the first fight then it will be a close fight but if garcia gets to wear everlast then he'll win by tko guarantee.
That line is horrible. I realize bookies set lines based on trying to get an even amount of money on both fighters, not really as a projection of performance, but 6-1 is ridiculous.
I've always loved Morales and he deserves credit for this run he's been on( the layoff seemed to really do him some good) the last couple years since he seemed like a shot fighter after the Diaz fight. I just don't think he's going to beat Garcia and probably gets beaten up pretty good as the fight goes along.
I hear ya! :deal I lost out because I'd picked Abril to beat Rios and Juan in the 3rd PAC fight :fire Some bull, and I was almost mad at myself because I know enough about a lot of this **** to have not taken "politics" more into consideration.
If Morales can roll back to even a Maidana performance then Garcia is getting beat, question is has he got one more like that left in him ?... I sure hope so.
nice thought but morales will be getting knocked out....too old, too many wars, his weight is too up and down...he dont train hard anymore...it happens...
These guys know what they're doing. This is probably the only way to get any action on Morales. Remember that, while Morales was very competitive in the first fight, the outcome was never really in doubt. Morales still punches like a FW and this will be the decisive factor in this fight...again. He'll have his moments with those patented combos of his but Garcia will outwork him to a UD.
Morales is not winning on Saturday night.. I have alot of respect for Morales but Im putting Garcia on my parlay saturday night.. Easy win for Garcia!
