And now that he's on the dark side of his career, he has all the reason to use them.

As good as all athletes are loaded up with roids. Get used to it.

 

Don`t really think it matters much anyway, the legend has already retired.

 

I like seeing things like this, it proves to me that floyd fans are not happy with the way their fighter has performed throughout his career & wish he had earned the respect in the boxing world that Erik Morales has earned.

Gotta love Morales, still a stubborn ****er just like he was in his prime... doing things his way.

 

I know right, got to love that he is disregarding fair competition and boxing rules in order to cheat. Let's not glamorize anything here, he has had a fantastic career but cheating is cheating, I won't respect that ever.

 

Worse things happen in boxing than this nothing nonsense, the man should never have been fighting 140 lbers way past his prime anyway, means not a lot to me if he used a little help to cut the weight off, he`s been a shell of himself for about 7 or 8 years now, I`m happy he can`t get in the ring with any more top fighters, this is a good thing.

 

What a way to go out, getting caught taking steroids. Erik Morales should be ashamed of himself, there is no need for steroids in the sport.

 

Peterson was just plain cheating, it's a total disgrace and embarrassment to boxing that guys like him and plenty of others have taken performance enhancing drugs and faced laughably feeble consequences.

 

Steroids are used as therapeutic benefit. I think he was using this to help heal an injury

 

Yeah there is a reason I am a Terrible fan. And unlike Floyd, he beat Pac in their primes. Who the **** else has done that?

 

I really don't think he used them back in his early career. I don't think anything helps you at that low of a weight. But I agree with your point about getting used to all athletes being on PEDS. This is the time we live in. Just wait till implants and PEDS start becoming the norm.

They are used for a lot of things. Im not going to sit here and make excuses for him though.

 

I would argue that PEDS make it more safe, by giving you more reaction time and strength to absorb a blow. We need to get rid of this 'PEDS are bad' mentality first. Then come to a consensus that athletes are NOT role models, and never should be. Then legalize and regulate the ****, let them entertain for christs sake. I do not see anything wrong with someone shaving years off of their life to make millions.

 

Stfu and fall back. All athletes are on some ****. You would have to be stupid not to juice and let everyone get the advantage on you.
