At super-featherweight, assuming Diego isn't dried out, I'd give it to Morales by late KO. Erik had the better chin.

But Erik never could quit get over that 135 lb. barrier. He just wasn't effective at lightweight. If they fought at lightweight, where Diego was a natural for a while, I'd give it to Corrales. It'd be rock-'em-sock-'em, like Morales-Barrera, but I don't think there'd be a knockout.

Tough 1 to call. Arrum avoided moving Morales to 130 when Corrales/Freitas/Cassamoya/PBF were still there

Morales the better boxer, better counters, better combos, faster, better chin, better movement. Corrales was much bigger, devastating power, good speed and stronger.

I think this turns into a brawl and Corrales comes out on top. He was such a beast of a puncher at this weight and if he lands he wins despite Morales good chin he could be hurt and Corrales would be too much in terms of power. Could be a fight of the year for sure with both tasting canvas.
