    trust me, even though mathysse is a heavy hitter, and a better name in the sport (way better actually)...CANO'S gonna bring it. This kid has that blood and guts mentality, and has been dropped before, which we all know always makes for exciting fights...

    I expect a close decision, obviously going to morales, but the fight itself is gonna be great...maybe even better than mathysse vs morales :good

    Apparently Morales told Schaefer he'd fight King Kong, but young hungry lion Cano will do for now.

    The same Cano who was KO'd by Peterson?

    I wish Peterson would have stepped up to the plate. Haymon really doesn't manage his fighters well.

    Haven't seen much of Cano but record is impressive considering how young he is.

    Big chance for the kid for sure. Hope he is up for it. He wasn't even supposed to fight so I am slightly concerned about his fitness.

    You're thinking of Cayo (Dominican), who is a decent fighter in his own right. I have heard of Cano, but don't really know how good he is.

    Cano is ranked 12th by the WBC so they're still sanctioning the fight.

    Oh, I think he does OK for his fighters, considering most only have to fight once a year on HBO for egregious sums of money against overmatched opponents.

    Unless Ortiz KO's FLoyd, this fight will probably steal the show. I doubt Cano is ready for the big leagues yet though.
