Because, under their rules, someone becomes a super champion after 10 defenses. This shouldn't be unexpected.

The WBA are a joke. The only thing wrong with the IBO is they have some south african thing going on.
The regular/ super champ will happen in MW shortly......I think they would like it across all divisions
