    Horn tried using illegal hand wraps before Roach caught him out. Wouldn't be surprised after Roach left the locker room if they reloaded Horn's wraps.

    The question isn't about using it for cuts. It's why Roach made an issue out of it, which implied that they were using it not in the correct way. It seemed like Roach was concerned they could have possibly spiked it with their own concoction, etc...

    I can more easily imagine it's required that you have new, untampered with stuff, but the rule is rarely enforced so people often don't bring new stuff, so Roach can catch people off guard and deny them standard treatment.

    All speculation of course.

    Horn cheated like hell. Pac won the fight in spite of Horn's cheating...............I have been watching boxing for years and know if a fighter wins a fight on not.
