    this article also tries to link the replacement judge miller as some sort of a judge that have benefitted pavlik in the past. he maybe is indirectly implying that pac benefitted from the scoring also since pac is a TR dude as well as pavlik.

    Yes it is, leaving any foreign material inside a cut during a fight is very much illegal, its no different than having a doctor come in and stich it up.

    If there is really a black and white law about it then it's illegal. If there is none then a law or ruling should be made against it.

    I have to question that though. I mean technically vaseline is a foreign substance so you can't put that on too? Actually if there was any way a fight can go on even if there is a cut, like a way to seal up wounds pretty fast then I'm all for it. It makes for better fights potentially. How many times have we have we seen a fight stopped for cuts and left with a bad taste in our mouths.
