Spike is a fringe top 10 talent, kinda sorta outta nowhere, guy.

Murata is a highly regarded legit top 10 guy.

Somehow I have a feeling if the shoe were on the other foot and it was GGG coming off of a year layoff fighting a scrub, you'd be bellowing from the rooftops, so please, spare me. You ****ing bull**** artist.

No, I'm not, I've said several times on here, including in my GGG-Vanes thread, I don't think elite caliber fighters need to KO1 some journeyman before getting in the ring with someone decent. I don't necessarily hold it against fighters that do, but in Canelo's case, he's the reason he's been off a year, he shouldn't have taken the Clen.

I don't mind if fighters take tune ups or stay busy fights so as long as they are consistent with fighting the best available. Most of the ATGs I'm a fan of took tune ups, so I'm not holding fighters to a different standard. Not how I roll.

i don't think Murata is dangerous whatsoever to Golovkin so i had to vote for O'Sullivan vs Cownelo, even though Alvarez would probably be too fast and slick for Spike to deal with.

also, i'd rather see Golovkin fight Saunders and Canelo face Derevyanchenko, Murata or even Charlo. Spike could fight Lemieux or maybe Jacobs, those would be interesting.

Abel says Murata is his preference for the next fight because he fills stadiums in Japan and he comes to win, not just for a paycheck.

Murata doesn't have it in him to quit.

The bloke is just too proud, and he is a hero to his people.

Murata would be an excellent fight but we all know Team GGGreedy are just pretending they have options so they can negotiate with Clenelo.

When Clenelo turns him down "Hi me?" will get the call.

..... And no it isn't a legit fight if he beats Sadam Ali

"His 2nd fight at MW" that's hilarious. Nevermind the guy blows up to 175 for his LMW fights.

Also, Canelo fought at SMW while GGG never has.

Wow. This whole thing with Hopkins’ record has really ****ed you up. I hope they increase your meds or something. GGG really has you SHOOK!

What? do you think he actually wants to achieve anything other than getting filthy rich?

GGG would let Clenelo have his way with his Mrs if he signed the contract.

Murata is too big of a risk to fight before a Clenelo pay day.

.... And if he isn't "Sign the contract big boy, sign the contract!!!"
