More entertaining: Pacquiao/Mosley or Mayweather/Ortiz

    Two very contrasting fights. In the Pacquio/Mosley fight you had a 12 round decision that was basically controversey free. There was also plenty of sportsmanship as both men were constantly touching gloves. You also had Mosley pleading with the ref not to count his KD as it was really a pushdown. In additon, the post fight interview was easy going and non combative.

    In the Mayweather/Ortiz fight there was plenty of action in the first 3 rounds. In the 4h round, it started out well, then got crazy. We all know what happened; intentional headbutts, 2 attempts to kiss and makeup by Ortiz, and a third attempt that was greeted by a 1-2 that knocked Ortiz out. The post fight interview consisted of a profanity laced tirade from Mayweather where he recommended that Merchant be fired, and Merchant responded by threatening Mayweather with physical violence;a threat that Maywether responed to by stating "you won't do ****"

    So which fight was more entertaining?

    PBF ortiz was starting to get exciting right before it ended. Pretty disappointing.

    Mayweather vs Ortiz by far. Mosley spent the fight mostly in retreat.

    Both were ****. But if I had to pick one it would be Ortiz vs Mayweather.

    Wrong comparison!!!!


    It should be :


    1. Pac vs. Mosley and FMJ vs. Molsey

    2. Pac vs. ODLH and FMJ vs. ODLH

    3. Pac vs. Hatton and FMJ vs. Hatton

    Those fights are against common opponents.


    If you want to do comparison against which they don't share commonality,


    Then it should be Pac vs. Cotto or Margarito and FMJ vs. Ortiz

    The last three rounds of Mosely-Pac were as entertaining as the first three of PBF-Ortiz. Then if you culled all the possible entertainment value from the rest of the rounds you'd get maybe like...4 more minutes of entertainment. So it's essentially a wash. The lack of satisfaction and feeling of discontent brought on by both fights is also equal.

    Pac-Mosely was perhaps the most boring fight of the decade.

    In Mayweather-Ortiz, both fighters were really bringing it, and Floyd was looking amazingly fast & accurate. Mayweather dominated, but Ortiz was definitely in contention. It was a very exciting & entertaining 4 rounds.

    How could anyone say it was a boring fight?

    Mayweather-Ortiz was hands down more entertaining, the sad thing is it would have been even better if it hadn't ended like that in the fourth round.

    The real question is based on 4 rounds of fight, who was the more entertaining?

    Pac-Molsey first 4 rounds or Ortiz-Mayweather 4 rounds?

    Because after that, Mosley just basically aimed for Usain Bolt's record.
