Who do you think is the more frustrating fighter to watch, given their athletic gifts and technical abilities but their inability to be more aggressive and let their hands go?
Both guys have have the same 'just do enough to win' mentality, which is really not helping them get more fans or earning the big money shots.

I say Rigondeaux is more frustrating since he looks the more impressive of the 2. The real shame is that when he's on point he's a brilliant to watch but chooses to fight safety first. Lara's style in general is just a major eye sore that just isn't pretty to watch, although I do respect his skills.

Do they really teach this kind of style in Cuban boxing school? They need to take notes from watching Jose Napoles.

Lara is more frustrating. Rigondeaux is muuuuch more skilled. he outclasses guys, Lara barely edges average talented guys every single time. Imo the most overrated boxer on this board.

Its like choosing between having pins driven under your toenails or into your testicles. Each provides a different type of pain, but equally excruciating....I assume.

Lara by a mile. Rigo is boring as hell too but at least you can tell he's a level above his opponents Laran barely s****es by them.

Lara is on his bike so often because he's flat out weak on the inside. Rigo on the other hand is skilled all around but chooses to engage as little as possible even against opponents that he has the ability to shine against, so in that sense he's more frustrating because he's capable of more. However, Lara is the overhyped fighter because he gets a ton of praise for being skilled despite having a limited one dimensional style.

Neither. Sometimes they stop punchimg cause the other guy is waiting to catch them with a wide hook. So the move around for the perfect moment. Their style is vulnerable for hooks. Thats why theyre so cautious
