Add to that - Pac cherrypicks Margo and Cotto whom Floyd avoided like plague.

 

They will always counter that with...

With that said, you have to consider
1) Floyd Sr. was still estranged from his son at that time, was at the fight courtesy of a ticket given to him by DLH, so he had reason to be bitter towards his son.

2)Oscar DLH the actual opponent who was in the ring with Floyd that night has admitted that he lost and that Floyd was the better man.

Honestly, that fight was scored terribly and should have been 8-4, 9-3 Mayweather easy.But since you want to talk about people choosing what they want to believe, why is that people want to believe that the judges were right in scoring the DLH fight so close, but they don't want to believe the scorecards from the 1st Castillo fight. That's typical Pacfag, *******, Floyd hater reasoning.

I give Margo more credit for beating Cotto than Pacquiao(if he didn't have plaster)
I give Mosley more credit than Pac for beating Margarito.
They beat them while they were on top and were the top dog and didn't wait for them to show weakness or vulnerability to take them on. Also in boxing, once you take a fighter and he loses, it takes away their confidence especially with an undefeated fighter like Margarito and when you get knocked out the first time, it is easier to get knocked out again
