Those little kids are gonna grow up as WWE fans; and people who know Hatton as the crazy British guy with the trainer who can break his finger, probably don't watch much boxing

i would like to refer to myself as a true fan and as a true fan i think that we are few and far in between. because boxing has been pushed to ppv and hbo and shotime we have lost that appeal to casual fans and exposure(espn and versus etc. apart). i look for boxing but they are unwilling to do so and we lose there dollars to support the sport and the new age of possible talent.

true fans are the base, but true fans aren't enough to support it, its the mainstream sports fans who keep it alive.

without the true fans to there wouldnt be any casual fans and there wouldnt be anyone to watch the up and coming fighters that provide the young blood
