Pac-Hatton. Hatton was on unconsious on his way down from the punch and hit his head on the canvas. Darchinyan was a big shot as well but at least he got up and staggered on the ropes with his beady little eyes rolling around in different directions for a while before he said he wasnt hurt.
In recent history, is there a better example of a one punch ko that took place between two elite fighters that could be added to this poll?
Tough call. They are two of the best KOs in the past few years though. No doubt about that. Both these guys are the truth.
The Darchi KO was for me was more haunting and sweeeeet.... That loudmouth plowed his beak on the canvas, and whilst trying to get up, crashed it again for the 2nd time. Trying to walk into his corner, he did the chicken dance like a stripper to his team's (and fans') entertainment.. (A loudmouth mofo getting handed his arse like that will always be sweeeet in my book. Ricky's a nice chap, and elicits sympathy from me.)
I was really worried about Hatton. I thought for a second the dude might die right there in the ring. He looked that bad. So I would say Hatton though ugly enough a knock out to take the fun out of it for a brief second.
the hatton KO was devastating... just look at Jay-Z's reaction when that left hook landed on hattons jaw.
